The Challenge
The primary challenge was to transform a complex multi-step user registration process into an engaging, frictionless experience. We needed to handle real-time data validation and complex branching logic without overwhelming the user.
The Solution
We built a modular onboarding system using Framer Motion for smooth transitions and a persistent sidebar for progress tracking. By implementing real-time feedback loops and sleek illustrations, we made the technical complexity invisible to the user.
